New Year...Time to Reflect [from Issue 2012-1]

2012 is here! It's new and it's a whole 12 months of new goals, new mistakes, and dreams. When thinking of dreams and the New Year, we discussed what important tidbit or article would convey this message to you. After much thought, we decided to open up this topic to our BeeAlive family; we asked for quotes, messages, or tidbits. Here is what we got!

When I think of New Year I reflect on challenges, new hopes, and dreams. This is a quote I repeat to myself when times get rough... "The brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don't want it badly enough. They're there to stop the other people."
- Randy Pausch, The Last Lecture; contributed by RoseMarie, Wholesales Sales Rep

"The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand."
- Vince Lombardi; contributed by Vicki, Quality Control Manager

Throughout my life there have been a couple of quotes that have helped me get through the rough times; one of them is, "Everything happens for a reason" and the other, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!" There have been many valleys in my life but my faith has helped me through them, I have become very strong because of them!

"It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit."
- Harry Truman, contributed by AnnaMarie, Administrative Assistant

When I think of the New Year, I'm reminded that it's an opportunity to renew our minds. It is said "When we change the way we think we can change our lives!" I like to reflect on the previous year to do a check list on the overall theme. I ask myself, "what's was the main thought process I had and did my thoughts produce what I expected?" So how do I renew my mind? The best way I believe is to meditate on all the good, be thankful, read positive books and anticipate the great New Year!

"Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things."
- Robert Brault, contributed by Aimee, R&D/Legal Supervisor

"Reach for the moon and even if you miss you will be among the stars."
- Anonymous, contributed by Rose, Director of Marketing

Great advice on blog.beealive.com. Present age is a popular site. This site spread at all sphere.I also like this site. I’m beginning to do most of things, and my next step is to grab me a domain/web hosting as well! I know a few people who prefer freelance blogging to more traditional freelance writing jobs. It’s nice to hear one feedback and tips from someone who’s doing it.So I want to share The hole on the carpenter carpenter bees trap mimics the entrance of a carpenter bee nest. No bait or poison is needed. These carpenter bee traps have been extensively tested and is proven to work. After being trapped, carpenter bees will release a pheromone to attract more carpenter bees into the trap. The long-term carpenter bee solution youve been looking for!
